Muyao Labs LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates Auralis (shengke.ai), an AI voice cloning and text-to-speech platform. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how we store it, whether we share it, and your rights.
1. Information We Collect
Account data
- Email address (required for registration and login)
- Display name (optional)
- Account plan, quota usage, and billing status
Audio & voice data
- Voice samples you upload for cloning (audio files)
- Voice biometric / voiceprint data derived from your samples to create a voice model
- Generated audio output from scripts you submit
- Optional background music files you upload
Payment information
- Subscription plan and payment status
- Payment details are processed by our payment provider (Stripe or Lemon Squeezy). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
Usage & technical data
- IP address, browser type, device information
- Pages visited, features used, and error logs
- Cookies and similar technologies for authentication and security
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide voice cloning, text-to-speech, and related AI services
- Process subscriptions and manage your account
- Enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, and comply with law
- Improve product quality, reliability, and security
- Send service-related emails (account, billing, security alerts)
We do not sell your personal data or voice data to third parties for advertising.
3. How We Store & Protect Data
- Account data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security.
- Audio files are stored in encrypted cloud object storage.
- Voice models are processed and stored by our AI speech provider (MiniMax) under their security standards.
- Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS.
- Access is restricted to authenticated users for their own content.
We retain your data while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 6). Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business records (e.g. billing).
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate Auralis:
- Supabase — authentication, database, file storage
- MiniMax — voice cloning and speech synthesis
- OpenRouter — AI script generation (when enabled)
- Stripe / Lemon Squeezy — payment processing
- Hosting provider (e.g. Netlify) — application delivery
These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations and may not use your data for their own marketing.
5. International Data Transfers
Auralis is operated from the United States. If you access our service from outside the U.S., your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. By using the service, you consent to such transfers.
6. Your Rights & Data Deletion
- Access — request a copy of your personal data
- Correction — update inaccurate account information in Settings
- Deletion — delete your voice clones, generations, and account data
- Export — contact us to request an export of your data
- Opt-out — unsubscribe from non-essential marketing emails
To delete your account and associated data, email support@shengke.ai from your registered email address. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
You can also delete individual voice clones and generation history from within the app.
7. Children
Auralis is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
