Voice Consent Policy

Before uploading any voice sample, you must confirm:

• ✅ I own this voice, OR I have obtained explicit written authorization from the voice owner
• ✅ I will not impersonate any individual without their consent
• ✅ I will not use cloned voices for fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
• ✅ I will not use cloned voices for harassment, hate speech, or illegal activity
• ✅ I understand that misuse may result in immediate account termination

You may NOT use Auralis to:

• Clone a celebrity, public figure, or private individual without authorization
• Create audio intended to deceive others about the identity of the speaker
• Generate content for phone scams, phishing, or financial fraud
• Produce non-consensual intimate or defamatory content
• Bypass platform rules on social media, messaging apps, or marketplaces
• Violate copyright, publicity rights, or personality rights

• Obtain and retain proof of consent when cloning voices you do not own
• Clearly disclose AI-generated content where required by law or platform policy
• Review all generated scripts before publishing or distributing audio
• Delete voice clones you no longer need or are no longer authorized to use

We may review reported content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. We cooperate with law enforcement when required. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who cannot demonstrate lawful use of voice cloning technology.

By uploading voice samples on Auralis, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Voice Consent Policy. This checkbox is required during the voice cloning process.
