This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions for Auralis, operated by Muyao Labs LLC. Please read this carefully before purchasing.
1. Free Plan
The Starter (Free) plan is provided at no cost. No payment is collected and no refunds apply.
2. Paid Subscriptions
- Creator, Pro, and Pro Plus are billed monthly.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- You may cancel anytime from Account Settings or by emailing support.
- Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
3. Refund Window
7-day refund guarantee for first-time paid subscriptions.
If you are unsatisfied with a paid plan, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. This applies to your first payment on a paid tier only, not to renewals.
Email support@shengke.ai with your account email and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
4. Digital Content — No Refund After Use
Because Auralis delivers digital services (AI voice generation, cloning, and downloadable audio), we generally do not offer refunds when:
- You have substantially consumed your monthly character quota
- You have created voice clones or generated audio files
- The refund window has expired
- You violated our Terms or Voice Consent Policy
Generated digital audio is non-returnable once produced. You are responsible for reviewing your script and settings before generating.
5. Failed or Duplicate Charges
If you were charged in error (duplicate charge, billing bug), contact us immediately and we will investigate and issue a refund if confirmed.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. We will work in good faith to resolve billing disputes.
