Terms of Service

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You may not use the service if you are barred under applicable law.
• Business users represent they have authority to bind their organization.

• You retain ownership of audio, scripts, and other content you upload.
• You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide the service (cloning, synthesis, storage, delivery).
• You represent that you own or have explicit written permission to use any voice you upload.
• You may not upload voices of others without authorization.
• You are solely responsible for how you use generated audio.

You agree not to:

• Impersonate any person or misrepresent the origin of generated audio
• Create deepfakes for fraud, harassment, defamation, or illegal activity
• Clone a voice without the speaker's consent
• Use the service to generate spam, scams, or misleading content
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse API rate limits
• Upload malware or attempt to compromise our systems
• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights

• Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Prices and features may change with reasonable notice.
• Usage is subject to monthly character quotas and plan limits.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, our Voice Consent Policy, or if we reasonably believe your use poses legal, security, or reputational risk.

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@shengke.ai.

• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure may cause downtime.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice.
• AI output quality may vary and is not guaranteed to meet specific standards.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT GENERATED AUDIO WILL BE ERROR-FREE, INDISTINGUISHABLE FROM A LIVE SPEAKER, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY SPECIFIC USE CASE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MUYAO LABS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Muyao Labs LLC from claims arising from your content, your use of generated audio, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
